This is an inheritance to the spouse and offspring of the author and should be protected as such.
The same will apply to anything you may happen to create...in the unlikely event you should possess some creative talent.

So the estate of Poul Anderson and is publisher du jour are so desperate to collect rent on a dead man's work—which he already got paid for 65 years ago—they demand that a historical work be altered. Why not just leave it alone? Is the excised story really such a cash cow? What creativity is being spurred by this pathetic abuse of copyright?
